How do I set up an account?

All you need to do is fill out the credit application and send it in along with a valid resale certificate.


Can I pay with a credit card?

Yes, we accept all major credit cards.


Is there a credit card processing fee? If so, how much is it?

Yes, we do charge a 3.5% processing fee.


How can I see a price sheet?

Yes, please contact our customer service staff.


How do I order So Cal Blank’s shirts?

You need to e-mail us or fax us your purchase order.


What are the minimums?

There are no minimums for our basic stock blanks, but for our custom dye we ask for 100 units per color or wash.


What if I do not reach the minimum requirement?

No Problem. We charge a sample fee of $75 for anything less than our minimum requirement.


How do I order Samples?

Please contact our customer service department.


How much are your samples?

We charge $5 per sample for basic blanks and $10 for custom dye or wash.


How does Shipping work?

Customers can will call from our warehouse or pay for local same day delivery. We can also ship via customers UPS or FedEx accounts.


What if I do not have a Fed Ex or UPS account?

No problem, we can ship on our account and add it to your invoice.


How long is the turnaround time?

Basic blanks take 24-48 hours and custom colors and washes take approximately 5-7 business days.


Do I need to provide a Certificate of Resale or Seller’s Permit?

Yes, we do require a copy of your Certificate of Resale or Seller’s Permit.


Do I need to pay sales tax?

In order to wave sales tax, we require a certificate of resale or sellers permit.


Can So Cal Blanks dye any shirt to any color?

Yes, we can dye to any color or match any fabric you have.


Where are So Cal Blank’s shirts manufactured?

We manufacture in Thailand, Mexico, USA, Bangladesh, and Pakistan.
